Interior Architect (Residential Projects)

A Bangalore-based design and execution practice in Old Madras road, is hiring an Interior Architect with 2–3 years of experience to work on turnkey residential projects. The role involves contributing to interior design development and supporting on-site execution across villa and multi-unit residential projects.

Project Type

Work may include:

• Villa interior projects

• Apartment interior projects (multi-unit residential developments)

• Custom residential interiors with detailed design and execution scope

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts and layouts based on project requirements

• Translate client briefs into design proposals, presentations, and working drawings

• Prepare detailed drawings for execution, including layouts, finishes, and custom elements

• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal teams during design and execution stages

• Support site execution and ensure alignment with drawings and specifications

• Assist in material selection and vendor coordination

• Track project progress and update drawings based on site feedback

• Participate in client discussions and design reviews

• Maintain documentation and drawing updates throughout the project

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture

• 2–3 years of experience in residential interior projects

• Exposure to both design development and site execution

• Ability to manage assigned project tasks independently

• Understanding of materials, finishes, and construction detailing

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp

• Familiarity with rendering tools such as Lumion or Enscape is preferred

• Working knowledge of Revit and Adobe Suite is an advantage

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Portfolio demonstrating interior design work

Work Schedule:              

• Location: Old Madras Road, Bangalore
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (9:15 am to 6:30 pm)
