Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead the design process from concept development through completion for residential and commercial projects. This full-time, on-site role in Pune City involves creating design concepts, space plans, detailed drawings, and FF&E selections aligned with client needs and BauHaus Spaces design standards. The Senior Interior Designer will coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors, oversee project timelines, and ensure quality execution on site. Day-to-day responsibilities include client presentations, material and product research, site visits, reviewing construction drawings, and providing guidance to junior designers.

Salary Range 25k-40k

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning, with the ability to develop creative and functional layouts.
• Proficiency in Architecture-related coordination and understanding of Construction Drawings for accurate project execution.
• Experience with FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection, specification, and sourcing.
• Advanced knowledge of design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end interior projects, including budget tracking and timeline management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, consultants, and site teams.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with several years of relevant professional experience.
• Attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a portfolio demonstrating high-quality interior design work.
