Senior Interior Designer

Position: Senior Interior Designer

Location: Dahisar East.

Experience Required: 5 to 10 years in same profile

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leading teams: Leads a team of designers, providing creative strategies, mentoring, and assigning tasks.
2. Ensuring quality: Will ensure that designs meet standards, requirements, and specifications, and are produced on time and to a high quality.
3. Managing budgets: Overseeing budgets, timelines, teams, and construction administration.
4. Creating design briefs: Create design briefs based on client or company needs.
5. Attending client meetings: Design managers attend client meetings.
6. Motivating teams: Motivate and encourage internal design teams.
7. Overseeing the design process: Oversee the design process using technical expertise.
8. Reviewing designs with healthy and safety in mind.
9. Maintaining thorough documentation of the design process.
10. Working in an office with occasional site visits.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design/Architecture.

1. Must have strong technical and leadership skills,
2. Must have attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and organization and time management skills.
