Job Title: Senior Interior Designer & Sales

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Interior Designer & Sales professional who can blend creative design expertise with strong client handling and conversion skills. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing projects end-to-end from client acquisition and concept development to execution and handover.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Execution

Meet clients to understand requirements, lifestyle, and budget

Develop design concepts, mood boards, and presentations

Prepare 2D layouts, 3D designs, and working drawings

Select materials, finishes, furniture, and dcor elements

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams

Conduct site visits and ensure quality execution

Sales & Client Management

Handle incoming leads and convert them into projects

Present proposals, quotations, and design pitches

Negotiate pricing and close deals

Build long-term client relationships and referrals

Work closely with marketing/team to generate new leads

Requirements

48+ years of experience in residential/commercial interiors

Strong design sense and technical drawing knowledge

Excellent communication and client-handling skills

Experience in sales conversion or business development preferred

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/3Ds Max, or similar tools
