Senior Interior Architect

An architecture and interior design practice in Sarvagnanagar, Bangalore is hiring an Interior Project Architect with 10–15 years of experience to lead interior projects across residential, commercial, corporate, and hospitality sectors. The role focuses on project delivery, team coordination, and execution across all stages from design development to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage interior projects from design development to completion

• Review and coordinate working drawings and construction documentation

• Ensure drawings are technically accurate and aligned with site requirements

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams

• Monitor project timelines, execution quality, and deliverables

• Lead client interactions and manage communication

• Guide and support junior team members

• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and specifications

• Support material selection and technical detailing

• Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture

• 10–15 years of experience in interior project execution

• Experience handling medium to large-scale interior projects

• Experience in a team management or leadership role

• Strong understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and site execution

• Knowledge of building codes and coordination processes

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related tools

• Strong project management and coordination skills

• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders

• Good communication and organizational skills

Work Schedule:              

• Location: Sarvagnanagar, Bengaluru
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (9:30 am to 6:30 pm)
