Role accountabilities:
- Good Experience in executing International Projects of US region (experience is desirable), Middle East, UK and any other developed countries.
- Responsible for end-to-end project design and delivery for Roadway design related tasks. Preparation / Finalization of various roadway related drawings at various stages of projects.
- Ability to understand existing condition reports and surveys. Preparation of design reports. Computation of quantities.
- Promote SHE good practice within team. Manage the performance and mentor team members, identifying and ensuring the resolution of any issues
- Work collaboratively with other design disciplines within an agreed engineering management environment to ensure the integration of the overall design or solution.
- Provide technical advice to team members, to support them in their delivery on the project and in their professional development. Should have worked for USA Projects and must be conversant with DMRB specifications and standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education - Graduation - B.Tech/B.E. Civil or Post Graduation M Tech Water resource/ Environment or Civil . Minimum 8+ years of experience in a Design Consulting Environment.
- Delivered at least three major projects for the US region as a lead.
- Strong understanding of DMRB, SuDS codes Achieved/ Started the Chartered or Incorporated Engineer professional status, or equivalent.
- Design Software Storm CADD, Civil Storm, Civil 3D, Open Roads (Drainage) , AutoCAD or MicroStation, Infra-works and Navisworks and other relevant drainage design software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English), including technical report writing.
- Should have Project Management experience. Organized and proactive (self- starter).
