We're looking for a learning architect who can turn complex ideas into structured, engaging, and career-changing learning journeys.
This isn't just about writing lesson plans. You'll design end-to-end learner experiences from the very first interaction to the final capstone ensuring every step is clear, practical, and motivating.
What You'll Own
- Program Architecture Design and structure learner journeys across flagship programs and masterclasses, ensuring logical flow and real-world application.
- Content Creation Build detailed curriculum outlines, module plans, learning activities, assessments, quizzes, and capstones.
- Instructor Collaboration Co-create content with industry experts and SMEs, maintaining a consistent voice and high quality.
- Continuous Improvement Review and refine existing curriculum with a learner-first lens and data-driven insights.
- Pedagogy Alignment Ensure all content follows adult learning principles, instructional design best practices, and program outcomes.
- Impact Measurement Track learner feedback, NPS, completion rates, and engagement data to iterate and improve.
Skills & Mindset You Bring
- 25 years in curriculum design, instructional design, or professional education content creation.
- Strong grasp of learning theory, adult learning principles, and their application in digital and cohort-based programs.
- Ability to design for working professionals in tech or tech-adjacent careers, with bonus points for experience in working with AI.
- Detail-oriented, structured thinker who can turn chaos into clarity under tight timelines.
- Comfortable with collaborative tools (Notion, Google Workspace, Slack; bonus if familiar with LMS platforms).
Bonus: Experience in edtech, content platforms, or with cohort-based learning.
