Senior Instructional Designer | Full-Time | Hybrid | Bangalore (Bellandur)

Qualifications

• Over 7+ years of experience in Instructional Design or Learning & Development.
• Strong background across core L&D pillars with experience designing structured, multistage learning journeys.
• Proven project management experience within global, complex environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively, mentor team members, and incorporate constructive feedback.
• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, and Vyond.

Mandatory Core Skills:

Candidates must have:

• Advanced expertise in Articulate Storyline 360
• Strong proficiency in Articulate Rise
• Hands-on experience with Vyond
• Demonstrated ability to design end-to-end learning journeys
• Strong instructional design methodology skills
• Ability to produce ILT and vILT content at scale
• Strong project management capability
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and feedback-driven working style
