Senior Instructional Design Lead - Learning Services (Instructional Design)

Responsibilities :

Design learning solutions based on client requirements

Conduct Training Needs analysis, Audience Analysis, Develop Training Strategy

Develop standards and templates for the proposed learning solutions

Create Course Outline, Learning Objectives, Evaluation strategies

Gather and analyze Instructional content

Liaise with Subject Matter Expert to collate all essential content

Create effective training materials mapping the client's needs, such as Instruction-led training/ Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT), web-based training, simulations, videos, and performance support content

Write storyboards by understanding the raw content and repurposing it based on audience, content, and other considerations

Develop evaluation questionnaires based on the Instructional Design and evaluation strategy

Conduct peer reviews of the training materials

Plan and organize reviews of the training materials with all key stakeholders

Ensure that the Instructional Design and evaluation strategy is implemented as per the design
