Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Inside Sales Manager based in Hyderabad. The individual will drive inside sales efforts, oversee lead generation campaigns, maintain and grow client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves meeting sales targets, strategizing account management practices, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize sales processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Inside Sales and Sales strategies
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and Account Management with stromg knowledge in CRM like meritto , LSQ and coordination with marketing
  • Commitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Experience in the education or EdTech sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
