Role Overview
Quantiphi is seeking a Senior Manager Inside Sales to lead and scale a global, enterprise-focused Inside Sales organization that drives predictable, high-quality pipeline and revenue growth.
This is a strategic leadership and execution role responsible for building and operating an ABM-first, AI-enabled Inside Sales engine that converts targeted enterprise engagement into qualified opportunities and measurable revenue impact.
You will lead top-of-funnel through mid-funnel demand creation while partnering closely with Marketing, Sales, GTM, RevOps, Account Management, and Delivery teams to accelerate enterprise deal velocity and conversion.
Account-Based Marketing is the primary operating model for all Inside Sales motions.
What You Will Do
Pipeline & Revenue Leadership
- Own global Inside Sales pipeline creation from targeted prospecting through Sales Accepted Opportunities
- Deliver predictable pipeline aligned to revenue targets and enterprise account priorities
- Establish pipeline coverage models, conversion benchmarks, and opportunity quality standards
- Drive disciplined execution against quarterly and annual revenue goals
ABM-Led Demand Generation (Core Responsibility)
- Lead Inside Sales execution across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM programs
- Partner with Marketing to design coordinated, persona-driven enterprise campaigns
- Drive targeted engagement across priority Global 2000 and Fortune 100 accounts
- Ensure Inside Sales is fully embedded in enterprise account planning and opportunity development
Global GTM Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, RevOps, and Delivery to align outreach with enterprise growth priorities
- Run structured weekly pipeline and account cadence reviews
- Establish strong opportunity handoff and feedback loops between Inside Sales and Field Sales
- Serve as a key stakeholder in global GTM initiatives and campaign planning
Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of high-performing Inside Sales Managers and Representatives
- Coach teams on enterprise engagement, consultative selling, and value-based messaging
- Build a performance-driven culture grounded in accountability, learning, and motivation
- Ensure teams focus on highest-value accounts, personas, and opportunities
Data, Performance & ROI Ownership
- Define and track performance KPIs including pipeline creation, conversion rates, win influence, and campaign ROI
- Use analytics to continuously optimize outreach strategy, messaging, channels, and targeting
- Deliver clear performance insights and recommendations to senior leadership
Process, Technology & AI Enablement
- Drive adoption of CRM, sales engagement, ABM, and AI-driven sales tools
- Standardize scalable Inside Sales processes aligned with enterprise sales cycles
- Partner with Sales Enablement to refine messaging frameworks, talk tracks, and outreach content
- Leverage AI agents to enhance operational efficiency, reducing time-to-lead qualification or improving pipeline hygiene scores
Requirements
Experience & Leadership
- 1020 years of B2B/ IT sales experience
- 710 years leading Inside Sales or demand generation teams
- Proven track record building enterprise pipeline and influencing revenue growth
- Experience supporting or selling into Fortune 100 / Global 2000 account
- Demonstrated success executing ABM-led demand generation strategies
Sales & GTM Expertise
- Deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles and multi-stakeholder deal environments
- Strong expertise in ICP definition, persona targeting, opportunity qualification, and pipeline acceleration
- Proven experience partnering closely with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Inside Sales, RevOps, and Delivery teams to nurture opportunities and support complex, multi-stage enterprise deal progression
Technology, Reporting & AI Capabilities
- Strong experience using reporting platforms, dashboards, and sales analytics tools to track performance, forecast pipeline, and drive data-informed decisions
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI and Generative AI platforms to enhance outreach, personalization, productivity, and sales intelligence
- Experience working with CRM platforms, sales engagement tools, ABM platforms, and customer intelligence technologies
- Comfortable operating within modern AI-augmented sales environments
Leadership & Core Competencies

Education
- Bachelor's degree required
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
