About the Job

  • We are looking for a high-intent Inside Sales Executive to guide prospective students and understand their career goals.
  • Driving enrollments for the learning programs through a blend of counseling and sales is the primary focus.
  • This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful conversations and helping students make the right decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with leads via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and demos.
  • Understand student requirements and career goals to recommend the right program.
  • Explain the program features, curriculum, fees, and outcomes clearly.
  • Convert high-intent leads by building trust and rapport.
  • Guide students through the end-to-end admission process.
  • Assist with documentation, fee payment, and onboarding.
  • Ensure a smooth experience from the initial inquiry to enrollment.
  • Maintain lead information in the CRM and follow up consistently to maximize conversions.
  • Track performance metrics including call volumes, follow-ups, demo attendance, and closures.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in EdTech sales, academic counseling, or inside sales.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence in explaining academic programs and career pathways.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales or enrollment targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Basic CRM and computer skills.
