About The Role
As an Inside Sales Executive Credit Products, you will own the conversion of qualified leads through structured outbound engagement and consultative selling.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-volume calling environments, enjoys objection handling, and is motivated by revenue targets and measurable outcomes.
You will be responsible for driving meaningful financial conversations that convert prospects into active customers.
What You'll Be Doing
- High-Volume Outbound Calling
- Make structured outbound calls to marketing-qualified and high-intent leads
- Ensure timely follow-ups and consistent engagement across the funnel
- Maintain high daily activity levels while focusing on quality conversations
- Lead Qualification & Conversion
- Assess customer financial needs, borrowing requirements, and eligibility
- Educate prospects on smallcase credit products with clarity and confidence
- Drive conversions by aligning product benefits with customer goals
- End-to-End Funnel Ownership
- Manage the complete sales cycle: outreach pitch objection handling conversion
- Ensure minimal lead leakage and strong follow-through
- Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets
- Objection Handling & Persuasion
- Confidently address concerns around risk, pricing, eligibility, and documentation
- Use structured selling frameworks and product knowledge to close deals
- CRM & Sales Hygiene
- Maintain accurate and detailed CRM updates
- Track follow-ups, pipeline status, and performance metrics
- Use data to improve conversion ratios and productivity
What We're Looking For
Hunter Mindset: Highly target-driven with strong follow-up discipline. You are comfortable with rejection and remain motivated in high-performance environments.
Strong Communication Skills: Persuasive, articulate, and confident over phone conversations. Skilled at building trust quickly.
Sales Discipline: Comfortable with daily call targets, structured scripts, and measurable KPIs.
Financial Understanding: Ability to quickly grasp and explain investment and credit products in a simplified manner.
Tech Comfort: Experience using cloud telephony tools, CRM platforms, and performance dashboards.
Experience Requirements
- 25 years of experience in Inside Sales / Outbound Sales (preferably in a startup environment)
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue/conversion targets
- Experience selling financial or credit products is a strong advantage
