Senior Infrastructure Manager

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Infrastructure Manager to lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise IT infrastructure across the organization. The role will focus on Microsoft enterprise ecosystem management, device administration, collaboration platforms, authentication systems, and security infrastructure to ensure high availability, secure access, and seamless collaboration across global teams.

The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Microsoft 365 enterprise environments, Azure identity systems, endpoint management, and collaboration platforms, while also leading infrastructure modernization and security best practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Infrastructure & Enterprise Platform Management

Manage and maintain the organization's Microsoft 365 Enterprise environment

including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.

Oversee enterprise device management

Ensure seamless integration between on-premise infrastructure and cloud services.

Collaboration & Communication Systems

Manage and optimize enterprise collaboration platforms including:

oMicrosoft Teams

oExchange Online

oSharePoint Online

oOneDrive for Business

Implement and maintain Microsoft Teams Rooms, Surface Hub, and other meeting room collaboration systems.

Support hybrid workplace collaboration infrastructure for global teams.

Identity & Access Management

Manage enterprise authentication and identity platforms, including:

oActive Directory

oAzure Active Directory (Entra ID)

oAzure MFA

oADFS

Implement Azure AD Connect for hybrid identity synchronization.

Design and enforce identity governance, conditional access policies, and access control frameworks.

Security & Compliance

Implement security best practices across Microsoft platforms including:

oMicrosoft Defender

oConditional Access Policies

oIdentity Protection

oEndpoint Security

Manage SharePoint security architecture and data governance policies.

Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and regulatory requirements.

Endpoint & Device Management

Lead endpoint management strategy using:

oConfiguration Manager (SCCM)

Implement policies for:

oDevice compliance

oApplication deployment

oPatch management

oEndpoint security

Infrastructure Strategy & Leadership

Lead infrastructure planning, upgrades, and modernization initiatives.

Collaborate with IT leadership to design scalable and secure infrastructure architecture.

Manage vendor relationships and infrastructure support teams.

Ensure high availability, disaster recovery readiness, and operational resilience.
