Role Description
Arthrex is seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Analyst to join our Global IT Infrastructure organization, based at the Arthrex India Software Engineering Center in Pune. This is a senior-level individual-contributor role focused on the administration, monitoring, and support of computer infrastructure systems, services, and applications across a complex, enterprise-scale global environment. Acting as a subject-matter expert on core Microsoft infrastructure technologies – Microsoft 365, MECM, Active Directory and Microsoft DNS – the Senior Infrastructure Analyst leads small-to-mid-sized IT projects, mentors fellow analysts, and resolves complex incidents through effective Tier 2 and Tier 3 troubleshooting while supporting multiple locations worldwide.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead small-to-mid-sized IT projects and project teams.
- Analyze and recommend solutions, upgrades, and services for streamlining and system improvements.
- Provide hardware and software maintenance support – including troubleshooting, installation, and upgrades – at Tier 2 and Tier 3 levels.
- Resolve incidents through effective troubleshooting methodology (Tier 2 / Tier 3), taking ownership of issues through to resolution.
- Act as a subject-matter expert on the operation, maintenance, management, and deployment of multiple computer infrastructure hardware and software solutions.
- Assist with the architecture and design of infrastructure solutions and methodology.
- Serve as a liaison with vendors, partners, and external resources.
- Train and mentor other analysts on technical operations, and assist with troubleshooting and fulfillment processes.
- Remotely support multiple locations worldwide.
- Complete IT operational tasks, project tasks, and end-user support duties as assigned.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation while performing essential job duties.
Skill Requirements
Primary Skills (Must Have Skills)
- Strong, hands-on experience administering MECM, Intune and Group Policies; experience in complex, enterprise-scale environments (5,000+ users) is preferred.
- Hands-on knowledge of Active Directory (2016 and later), Microsoft DNS, and administration of Domain Controllers in a medium-to-large environment (10k+ users); experience in complex, enterprise-scale environments (5,000+ users) is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows networking and design, security, and Local and Wide Area Network (LAN/WAN) design.
- Hands-on experience with servers, virtualization, and storage systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead small-to-mid-sized IT projects and project teams.
- Effective incident troubleshooting and resolution at Tier 2 / Tier 3, including the ability to resolve issues independently and take ownership through to closure.
- Ability to train other staff on technical operations and act as a subject-matter expert for infrastructure hardware and software.
- Computer infrastructure-centered certifications required.
- Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to support multiple locations worldwide.
Secondary Skills: (Good to Have)
- Basic-to-intermediate knowledge of other IT infrastructure technologies and services – e.g., Citrix VDI, VMware / Hyper-V, Microsoft Azure, and networking.
- Exposure to public cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure) and related security tools.
- Experience liaising with vendors, partners, and external resources on infrastructure initiatives.
- Experience supporting global, multi-site environments and international end users.
- Experience contributing to enterprise-scale infrastructure projects and roadmaps.
Qualifications And Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role.
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting computer infrastructure hardware, applications, and systems required.
- Computer infrastructure-centered certifications required.

- This is a senior-level individual-contributor role within Arthrex's Global IT Infrastructure organization; work is performed under general direction, and the analyst participates in determining success metrics for the work performed.
- The role supports multiple locations worldwide; occasional domestic and international travel may be required.
- Some flexibility outside standard business hours may be required to support maintenance windows, go-lives, outages, and critical business-support scenarios across global time zones.
- Hybrid working model with a combination of on-site (Pune) and remote work.
