Senior information Technology Representative

Lutron's Gurgaon team is looking for a technically driven Senior IT Representative to join our growing IT function. If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges and supporting global users, this could be a great fit.

Responsibilities:

Provide L2 support for IT & Help Desk issues (remote + in-person)

Troubleshoot hardware (laptops, desktops, printers, VC equipment)

Resolve issues across Windows OS, Office 365, mobile devices & VC tools

Manage and close tickets using strong diagnostic skills

Support installation, configuration & maintenance of IT assets

Collaborate with global IT teams on escalations

Maintain IT inventory and lifecycle (setup to decommissioning)

Create documentation & drive continuous improvement initiatives

Mentor team members and contribute to team effectiveness

Qualification:

24 years of experience in IT support / infrastructure

Degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering (60%+ preferred)

Strong knowledge of OS, networking & PC hardware troubleshooting

Experience with IT infrastructure & support environments

Excellent problem-solving & communication skills

Detail-oriented with a strong customer-first mindset
