Job Title:Senior Project Manager - IT

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager IT to lead and manage critical IT initiatives based out of our Ghansoli/Mahape offices. This role will oversee multiple end-to-end technology projects involving application development, infrastructure modernization, and business process automationensuring on-time delivery, quality outcomes, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end to end delivery for client projects.
- Lead the execution of IT projects across various domainsapplications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
- Define project scope, schedules, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
- Engage with internal teams, vendors, and internal & external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient execution.
- Manage budgets, resources, risks, and change requests effectively.
- Track and report project progress using dashboards and status updates for senior leadership.
- Ensure adherence to CMS Info Systems governance, IT compliance, and security frameworks.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project deliverables and resolve dependencies.
- Conduct project reviews and ensure continuous process improvement.
Key Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in project/program management roles.
- Strong experience in delivering large-scale IT projects across domains (applications, infra, cloud, cybersecurity, etc.).
- Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Certifications: PMP / PRINCE2.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
- Knowledge of IT systems and platforms.
