About the Role:

The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily IT operations, managing infrastructure, leading the technology team, and ensuring smooth, secure, and efficient functioning of all IT systems across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IT operations, infrastructure, networks, and system administration.

• Oversee installation, configuration, upgrading, and maintenance of hardware and software.

• Ensure robust cybersecurity measures, data protection, and compliance with company policies.

• Manage IT support teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

• Plan and execute IT projects, upgrades, migrations, and system improvements.

• Monitor system performance and ensure uptime, stability, and business continuity.

• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external partners.

• Prepare and manage IT budgets, procurement, and asset management.

• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Support digital transformation and implementation of new technologies.

• Train, mentor, and evaluate IT team members to improve performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.

• 10–12 years of experience in IT operations, network management, system administration, or similar roles.

• Strong knowledge of servers, networks, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.

• Hands-on experience with firewalls, VPNs, disaster recovery, and backup solutions.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication abilities.

• Experience in vendor management and IT procurement.

Preferred Attributes:

• Certifications such as ITIL, CCNA/CCNP, MCSE, AWS/Azure are an added advantage.

• Experience in fast-paced or multi-location environments.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
