Campaign Head - Samsung Galaxy Gamers Programme
Location: Two Horizon Center, Gurgaon (On-Site Client's Office)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 46 years in influencer marketing, client servicing, or campaign leadership.
About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic, detail-driven Campaign Head to lead the execution and growth of Samsung's Galaxy Gamers Programme (GGP)India's largest barter-based gaming creator campaign. You will oversee a team of 9, manage day-to-day operations with the Samsung team, and ensure consistent creator engagement, content delivery, reporting, and campaign success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Execution & Delivery
Lead the end-to-end delivery of the GGP campaign involving 300+ creators.
Manage monthly deliverables, timelines, and approvals with zero slippage
Ensure execution of 4 mandated deliverables per creator every month
2. Client Communication & Account Management
Be the face of the agency to the Samsung client teambased out of their Gurgaon office
Provide weekly updates, reports, and performance dashboards
Understand campaign KPIs, client expectations, and ensure all targets are consistently met
3. Team Leadership
Manage and motivate a 9-member campaign team including trackers, communication managers, and content coordinators
Conduct daily huddles and weekly reviews to ensure performance and issue resolution
4. Creator & Talent Coordination
Oversee all creator communications: onboarding, briefings, follow-ups, troubleshooting
Ensure content quality, timeline adherence, and delivery accuracy
Handle escalations and maintain strong relationships with top-performing creators
5. Reporting & Insights
Own weekly/monthly reporting, analytics, and campaign review decks
Work with internal data/reporting teams to provide performance-driven insights to the client
Share suggestions for content trends, performance improvement, and creator strategy
Qualifications & Skills Required:
46 years in influencer marketing, campaign management, or client-facing project leadership
Proven experience running large-scale creator campaigns (preferably 100+ creators)
Strong team leadership, multitasking, and project ownership skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder managementmust be client-presentable
Comfortable with reporting tools, campaign trackers, Google Sheets, and Notion
Nice to Have:
Experience in Account Management , tech, or youth-focused campaigns
Previous experience managing barter campaigns
Familiarity with Google Sheets, Notion, and influencer marketing tools.
