Role Description

The Senior Industrial Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and managing industrial architecture projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational standards. Daily tasks will include conceptualizing architectural designs, integrating technical solutions, overseeing project timelines, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Proficiency in Project Management, including scheduling and resource allocation
• Experience with Industrial Planning and Integration for architectural projects
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes and guidelines
• Knowledge of sustainability practices and familiarity with BIM methodologies
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Educational qualification in Architecture or a related field; professional licensure is a plus
• Experience with industrial and workplace architecture is highly desirable
