We are seeking an experiencedSenior Project Managerto lead the planning, execution, and delivery ofHospital Information Management System (HIMS)implementations. The role requires deepexpertisein healthcare IT, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage complex, multi-vendor, multi-departmental projects while ensuring compliance with clinical, operational, and regulatory requirements.

Job Summary

The Senior ProgramManageris responsible forbelowactivities

ProgramLeadership & Delivery

• Lead and manage complex, multi-site HIMS implementation programs from planning through go-live and post-implementation stabilization
• Establish andmaintainprogram governance structures, reporting frameworks, and escalation pathways
• Ensure alignment with organizational strategy, regulatory requirements, and patient safety standards

Stakeholder & Governance Management

• Servesas the primary point of contact for executive sponsors, clinical leadership, IT teams, vendors, and external partners
• Communicate program status, risks, and issues clearly to senior leadership and steering committees

Implementation & Delivery

• Develop project planning andit'simplementation along with the team members
• Oversee system configuration, data migration, testing, training, go-live, and post-go-live support activities
• Ensure integration of HIMS with otherexternal systems
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance to ensure delivery against agreed milestones
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and dependencies

Financial & Resource Management

• Manage program budgets, forecasting, and cost controls
• Raises Red flagsat early stageto Senior Managementon deviation from targeted goals

Required Qualifications

• B.Tech(CS,Electronics) or MCA
• 810+ years ofimplementationexperience withatleast3-4 multi chain of hospital or 500+ beds hospitalimplementation
• Proven experiencein performingprogrammanagement for thehospital,managingSteerComeetings,Escalations.
• Haveleadthe team ofatleast10 ppl
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical operations, and health information systems

Preferred Certifications

PMP,PgMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent program management certification
