About Professional Services @ LeadSquared
The Professional Services (PS) team works closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to design, implement, and onboard customers successfully onto the LeadSquared platform. The team plays a critical role in revenue realization, customer adoption, and long-term satisfaction.

Role Overview
We are looking for a
Senior Implementation Consultant (35 years experience) with strong experience in SaaS implementations, preferably in the
EdTech domain , to manage enterprise client implementations.
This is a
client-facing role based at the customer's location in Noida , where you will act as the single point of contact for implementation, integrations, and solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Consulting
- Understand customers business processes, goals, and operational challenges.
- Design scalable solutions using LeadSquared to address customer needs.
- Map customer workflows and recommend process improvements.
- Drive discovery workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
Implementation & Delivery
- Own end-to-end implementation lifecycle from kickoff to go-live.
- Configure LeadSquared modules as per customer requirements.
- Manage integrations with third-party systems.
- Plan and execute data migration (customer data, digital assets, workflows).
- Ensure customers go live within committed timelines.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the single point of contact for implementation.
- Provide regular status updates to client stakeholders and internal teams.
- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Product teams.
- Conduct UAT sessions and facilitate sign-offs.
Post-Go-Live & Optimization
- Track implementation KPIs and adoption metrics.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews.
- Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Suggest upsell / cross-sell opportunities where applicable.
Required Skills & Experience
- 35 years of experience in SaaS implementation / solution consulting roles.
- Experience in EdTech implementations preferred.
- Experience managing enterprise or large mid-market clients.
- Strong understanding of:
- SaaS application architecture
- Cloud-based application delivery
- API integrations
- Data migration processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Customer-first mindset with high ownership.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work from client location in Noida on a full-time basis.
Good to Have
- Experience working with CRM or Marketing Automation platforms.
- Experience integrating student lifecycle platforms.
- Basic understanding of SQL, APIs, or workflow automation tools.
- Exposure to stakeholder management in education institutions or EdTech companies.
