GSPANN is hiring a Senior Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Engineer to design and manage enterprise identity and privileged access solutions. The role focuses on driving identity governance strategies, implementing secure access controls, and ensuring compliance across cloud and on-premises environments.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Architect, implement, and manage enterprise-wide Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions such as SailPoint, and Privileged Access Management (PAM) platforms such as CyberArk.
  • Develop and drive the identity governance strategy, aligning it with organizational security, compliance, and business objectives.
  • Design and maintain scalable identity lifecycle management processes, including provisioning, deprovisioning, access certifications, and entitlement reviews.
  • Define and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC), and least privilege principles.
  • Integrate identity and privileged access solutions across cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS), as well as on-premises environments.
  • Act as the global subject matter expert (SME) for IGA and PAM, providing guidance to stakeholders across security, IT, audit, and business teams.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure access governance and privileged access controls meet regulatory and compliance standards such as Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  • Translate security, risk, and compliance requirements into effective technical designs and operational practices.
  • Mentor junior engineers and support teams on identity governance best practices.
  • Lead incident response and troubleshooting activities related to identity governance and privileged access systems.

Skills And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or demonstrate equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions such as SailPoint and Privileged Access Management (PAM) platforms such as CyberArk.
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of identity lifecycle management, RBAC, ABAC, and Separation of Duties (SoD).
  • Apply strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) protocols, including Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), OAuth (Open Authorization), System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM), Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), and Representational State Transfer (REST) APIs, and integrate them with cloud identity platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) and AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM).
  • Automate identity processes using scripting languages such as PowerShell, BeanShell, and Python.
  • Demonstrate strong familiarity with regulatory frameworks and standards such as SOX, GDPR, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), and ISO 27001.
  • Hold SailPoint certification as a mandatory requirement, with additional certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or CyberArk Defender / Guardian considered highly desirable.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all organizational levels.
