Leonstride Technologies is looking for a highly experienced IBM MDM Developer (13+ years) to lead critical MDM projects across industries like healthcare, insurance, retail, and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end IBM MDM implementations (AE & SE v8.5 to 11.x)

Handle requirements, architecture, design, build, deployment & support

Conduct client sessions on solutioning, estimations & stakeholder alignment

Develop CTs, BEs, External Rules, Soft Extensions & Standardization Processes

Integrate systems via WebServices, JMS, WebSphere MQ, Trillium

Automate builds using Jenkins, Maven & ANT

Mentor teams & deliver technical training across India

Collaborate in agile setups with BAs, architects, QA & data teams

Tech Stack:

MDM Tools: IBM MDM Server (AE & SE)

Languages: Java, J2EE, Shell Script, PL/SQL, C, C++, VB

CI/CD: Jenkins, Maven, ANT

Testing: JUnit, FitNesse, Cucumber

DBs: DB2, Oracle
