Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior IAM Architect with 1215 years of experience to lead the design, development, and implementation of secure and scalable Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions in a hybrid enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in both modern and legacy IAM technologies and a strong architectural mindset aligned with business and compliance goals.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and design end-to-end identity solutions across cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
• Lead development and implementation of directory services technologies like Active Directory, LDAP, ADFS, and PKI.
• Drive adoption of modern identity capabilities such as Passkeys, FIDO2, and Identity Protection mechanisms.
• Implement and optimize IAM protocols (OAuth, OIDC, SAML) across enterprise applications.
• Manage privileged access controls (PIM/PAM) and support MFA/SSO deployments.
• Support legacy migration projects, transitioning identity platforms to modern, secure architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate identity systems with business-critical applications.
• Conduct regular IAM audits and reviews to ensure regulatory and security compliance (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
• Evaluate and implement emerging identity technologies and tools based on evolving threat landscapes and business needs.
• Act as a technical lead and SME for large-scale, high-impact identity-related initiatives.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Strong background in IT architecture, system design, and enterprise-level integration.
• Proven leadership in large-scale identity programs involving multiple systems and integrations.
• Deep expertise in IAM solutions, Active Directory, Entra ID, PKI, ADFS, Kerberos, and associated protocols.
• Hands-on experience with hybrid cloud IAM environments using Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Familiarity with identity governance, access provisioning, and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Experience with security frameworks and regulatory compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
