About the Role:
As a Senior Enterprise Software Engineer, you'll tackle advanced software engineering tasks with greater independence. Your role involves significant contributions to the design, development, and optimization of enterprise applications, ensuring robust performance in high-stakes environments like finance and HR.

Responsibilities

. Design, develop, and maintain scalable Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using Terraform to provision and manage cloud resources across AWS and Azure.
. Develop and maintain reusable Terraform modules and infrastructure templates following enterprise standards and best practices.
. Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure provisioning and automated deployments.
. Implement infrastructure automation to support platform engineering and self-service cloud provisioning.
. Enforce security, compliance, and governance controls within infrastructure provisioning workflows.
. Perform troubleshooting and debugging of complex infrastructure and deployment issues.
. Integrate infrastructure provisioning with identity, networking, monitoring, and security platforms.
. Collaborate with architecture and platform teams to design highly available, scalable cloud architectures.
. Conduct code reviews and establish IaC development standards across engineering teams.
. Maintain clear technical documentation for infrastructure modules, deployment pipelines, and platform services.
. Support incident resolution and root cause analysis for infrastructure and automation failures.
. Continuously improve infrastructure provisioning processes to increase reliability, security, and deployment speed.

Skills & Qualifications

Cloud Platform Expertise: Must have hands-on experience with both AWS and Azure cloud platforms, including key services related to compute, networking, storage, identity, and security. Experience managing infrastructure in multi-cloud environments is required.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC) : Strong proficiency in Terraform for provisioning and managing cloud infrastructure. Experience developing reusable Terraform modules, managing state files, implementing remote backends, and enforcing IaC best practices.

Configuration & Environment Management: Experience building standardized cloud environments, including environment configuration, extensions, and infrastructure baseline setup.

Scripting & Automation : Strong scripting capabilities in Python or PowerShell to support infrastructure automation. Experience using cloud SDKs such as boto3 (AWS) and Azure SDK is preferred.

CI/CD & DevOps : Extensive experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and/or Azure DevOps. Experience implementing automated infrastructure deployments, testing, and validation workflows.

Infrastructure Troubleshooting : Ability to diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure and deployment issues across cloud environments.

Version Control & Collaboration : Advanced experience with Git-based version control systems and collaborative development workflows including branching strategies and pull request reviews.

Infrastructure Testing & Validation : Experience implementing infrastructure testing, validation, and policy enforcement within CI/CD pipelines.

Documentation : Ability to maintain detailed and structured technical documentation for infrastructure modules, automation workflows, and operational procedures.

Performance & Scalability: Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles, infrastructure performance optimization, and scalability patterns.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with platform teams, security teams, developers, and operations teams to deliver reliable infrastructure solutions.
