Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Specialist located in Lodhika. The key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits and personnel, overseeing human resource programs to support business objectives, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws. The role also involves fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting the organization in attracting and retaining top talent.

Job Description:

• Strong knowledge and practical experience in Human Resources (HR) policies and procedures.
• Proven capabilities in HR Management and Personnel Management.
• Experience in managing Employee Benefits and developing HR Policies.
• Ability to drive employee engagement and organizational development initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or professional HR certification is a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in an HR role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
