Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources professional, located in Kolkata. The role involves overseeing the development and implementation of HR strategies, managing recruitment and talent acquisition, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment law, and fostering employee engagement. Other primary responsibilities include overseeing performance management systems, resolving employee grievances, conducting training sessions, and managing payroll and benefits programs.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Experience in Performance Management, Payroll Processing, and Benefits Administration
- Proficiency in Labor Laws, Compliance, and Employee Relations
- Exceptional Written and Verbal Communication Skills, Leadership Abilities, and Conflict Resolution Expertise
- Proven ability to build and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Experience in fostering a positive organizational culture and improving employee engagement
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant HR experience at a senior level in a corporate setting
