As we scale, we're looking for a Senior HR Manager / HR Lead to shape our people strategy, drive engagement, and build a workplace where top talent thrives.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR leader (6+ years) to head HR operations and strategy at Learnyst. You'll oversee recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and policy design, while also acting as a strategic advisor to leadership on all people matters.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership
- Define and implement HR strategy aligned with Learnyst's growth plans.
- Advise leadership on talent planning, workforce design, and org structure.
Talent Acquisition & Development
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for tech, non-tech, and leadership roles.
- Build onboarding, upskilling, and performance review frameworks.
- Introduce training programs for managers and team leads.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Create initiatives that foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Design policies that balance employee well-being with business goals.
- Act as the point of contact for escalations, conflicts, and sensitive HR issues.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Own payroll coordination, benefits, and HRIS management.
- Track and report HR metrics (attrition, engagement, time-to-hire).
Requirements:
- 6+ years of HR experience (with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role).
- Strong understanding of HR strategy, recruitment, and compliance.
- Experience in a SaaS, tech, or startup environment is a major plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills can connect with both employees and leadership.
- Hands-on experience with HR tools/HRIS systems.
- Proven ability to manage escalations and sensitive employee matters tactfully.
