Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Recruiter based in Pune. The Senior Human Resources Recruiter will be responsible for developing and executing effective sourcing strategies, identifying and attracting top talent, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. The role also involves maintaining and updating job descriptions, overseeing candidate evaluations, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Non IT talent acquisition, recruiting strategies, and sourcing candidates through various platforms
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Experience in candidate screening, interviewing, and evaluating qualifications
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and understand organizational needs
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Prior experience in human resources or talent acquisition; experience in the technology or commodity distribution industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
