About the Role
We are looking for a driven and experienced Senior HR Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Ahmedabad. You will own end-to-end recruitment across Non-IT and IT functions, with a strong focus on Accounting, Finance, and Operations hiring. You will partner closely with business stakeholders, lead strategic hiring initiatives, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full life cycle recruitment from job intake and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
- Drive hiring for Non-IT and IT roles, with particular depth in Accounting, Finance, and Operations functions.
- Partner with hiring managers and department heads to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for both technical competencies and cultural fit.
- Manage stakeholder relationships effectively provide timely updates, set expectations, and influence hiring decisions.
- Contribute to strategic hiring initiatives including workforce planning, talent pipelining, and employer branding.
- Coordinate and close offers while ensuring a positive end-to-end candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate records and recruitment metrics in the ATS.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Proven experience hiring for Non-IT roles specifically Accounting, Finance, and Operations positions.
- Hands-on proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter Boolean search, InMail outreach, and talent mapping.
- Demonstrated ability to manage full life cycle recruitment independently across multiple open positions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment reporting.
- Self-starter with high ownership and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Good to Have
- Prior experience in an RPO, staffing agency, or high-growth organization.
- Exposure to US/global hiring processes.
- Knowledge of portals like Naukri, Indeed, and other Job Boards
- Understanding of compensation benchmarking and offer structuring.
