This is a full-time hybrid role as a Senior Human Resources Recruiter based in Mumbai, with some flexibility for remote work. The Senior Human Resources Recruiter will be responsible for leading the talent acquisition process, creating sourcing strategies, and managing end-to-end recruitment. Responsibilities include posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Additionally, the role involves participation in employer branding initiatives and contributing to the overall HR strategy to support company growth.

• Experience in talent acquisition, sourcing strategies, and recruitment processes
• Strong understanding of creating effective job postings, resume reviews, and conducting candidate interviews
• Familiarity with employer branding techniques and strategies
• Proficient in communication, relationship building, and collaboration with hiring managers and team members
• Proficient in using HR tools, online recruiting platforms, and applicant tracking systems
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
• Prior experience in recruitment within the luxury or retail sector is preferred
• Proactive problem solver with strong organizational and multitasking skills
