Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Lower Parel, Mumbai. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, sourcing potential candidates, conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs. The role also involves maintaining databases, creating job descriptions, strategizing recruitment plans, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, screening and recruiting candidates effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• Ability to create detailed job descriptions and develop recruitment strategies
• Detail-oriented with robust organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with the architectural or design industry is a plus
