Job Summary

Gopalan Enterprises is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive with 46 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the real estate or construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, sourcing high-quality candidates, and supporting business hiring needs across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Handle mid-level and operational hiring requirements across departments.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment consultancies.

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment status and candidate pipeline.

Candidate Sourcing

  • Identify and attract candidates through multiple sourcing channels including Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Recruitment Coordination

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.

Vendor Management

  • Coordinate with external consultancies and recruitment agencies for specialized roles.
  • Ensure timely closure of positions through vendor support.

Reporting & MIS

  • Maintain recruitment reports and MIS for hiring progress.
  • Track open positions, candidate pipelines, and hiring metrics.

Required Skills

  • 46 years of recruitment experience
  • Real estate / construction industry experience is mandatory
  • Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment
  • Expertise in candidate sourcing through job portals and LinkedIn
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
