Job Summary
Gopalan Enterprises is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive with 46 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the real estate or construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, sourcing high-quality candidates, and supporting business hiring needs across various departments.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle mid-level and operational hiring requirements across departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment consultancies.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment status and candidate pipeline.
Candidate Sourcing
- Identify and attract candidates through multiple sourcing channels including Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Recruitment Coordination
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Vendor Management
- Coordinate with external consultancies and recruitment agencies for specialized roles.
- Ensure timely closure of positions through vendor support.
Reporting & MIS
- Maintain recruitment reports and MIS for hiring progress.
- Track open positions, candidate pipelines, and hiring metrics.
Required Skills
- 46 years of recruitment experience
- Real estate / construction industry experience is mandatory
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Expertise in candidate sourcing through job portals and LinkedIn
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
Preferred Industry
Educational Qualification
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
