Job Title: HR Recruiter (4-7 Years Experience)

Location: Madurai

Department: Human Resources

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our organization. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition across various domains and levels, ensuring timely and effective hiring of top talent to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to offer negotiation and onboarding.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.

  • Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, networking, employee referrals, and direct outreach.

  • Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders.

  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Negotiate salary offers and terms with candidates and coordinate onboarding processes.

  • Generate and present regular recruitment reports and analytics to management.

  • Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 4-7 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in [IT/Academy, if specific].

  • Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and tools.

  • Proficient in using ATS and HRIS systems.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.

  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience recruiting for technical roles or specialized domains.

  • Exposure to employer branding and recruitment marketing.

  • Certification in HR or Recruitment (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
