What will you do
- Leverage professional networks, industry events, and alumni associations to build relationships and source potential candidates.
- Utilize social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook) to reach passive candidates. Share engaging content related to job openings and company culture.
- Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidates qualifications, experience, and interest in the position. Use structured questions to ensure consistency and fairness.
- Thoroughly review resumes to identify key qualifications and experience.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Ensure timely communication and provide necessary information to both parties.
- Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the interview process. Offer clear instructions, timely feedback, and answer any questions candidates may have.
What you will need
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is typically required.
- 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a similar HR role.
- Proficiency with HR databases is essential for managing candidate information and recruitment processes efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with candidates and colleagues.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
