About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Manager to lead human resource operations for a premium luxury salon and spa brand in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will come from a background in luxury retail, salon/spa, or hospitality (hotels) and have strong expertise in managing people, culture, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and retention
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage performance appraisal systems and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Build and maintain a strong organizational culture aligned with luxury service standards
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management
- Drive training and development programs for staff across locations
- Collaborate with leadership teams to support business growth
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of HR experience in luxury retail, salon/spa, or hospitality (hotels)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement
- Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
