Key Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in HR leadership roles managing recruitment and operations at scale.
- Strong exposure to HRMS implementation .
- In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws, payroll processes, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in workforce planning, budgeting, and performance management systems.
- Ability to manage multi-location teams and diverse workforce, including international hires.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in HR dashboards and data-driven decision-making.
