Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager based in Bangalore Urban. The role involves overseeing and implementing Talent Acquisition, HR strategies, managing recruitment processes, creating employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Additional responsibilities include managing employee relations, organizational development, and performance management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT talent acquisition and recruitment processes across multiple technical roles
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational objectives
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational development initiatives
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling
• Oversee performance management systems, learning, training, and development programs
• Partner with leadership to support workforce planning and change management
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity
