KRA of Sr. Manager (HR):

Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, and Shops & Establishment Act

Coordinate monthly statutory filings and challans

Handle inspections, notices, and audits related to labor laws

Stay updated with changes in labor laws and compliance requirement

Payroll & Attendance

Coordinate with payroll team/vendor for accurate and timely salary processing

Verify attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, and deductions

Support payroll reconciliation and statutory report

Preferred Experience

Experience in Retail / Apparel / Fashion / Multi-location workforce

Exposure to handling blue-collar / frontline employees
