Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Manager HR Business Partner & Talent Acquisition who will work closely with business leaders to drive people strategy aligned with organizational goals. The role involves partnering with leadership teams to manage workforce planning, hiring strategy, employee engagement, and performance management in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic HR Business Partnering

  • Act as a trusted HR partner to business leaders to drive people initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, organization structure, and talent strategy.
  • Support leadership in data-driven decision-making related to hiring, performance, and retention.

2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for critical and leadership roles across functions.
  • Work closely with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and ensure timely closures.
  • Build strong talent pipelines for key business roles.

3. Performance Management

  • Drive the performance management cycle including goal setting, reviews, and development planning.
  • Manage underperformance cases and lead Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
  • Partner with managers to enhance team productivity and effectiveness.

4. Attrition & Retention Management

  • Analyze attrition trends and design retention strategies.
  • Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement and experience.
  • Conduct stay interviews and exit analysis to identify improvement areas.

5. Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Manage employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Address employee concerns in a fair and timely manner.

6. Culture & Engagement

  • Drive initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and employee engagement.
  • Partner with leaders to build a high-performance, collaborative work environment.

Key Requirements

  • 69 years of experience in HR Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience working in fast-paced / high-growth environments (EdTech, Startup, or Tech preferred).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work closely with leadership teams.
  • Experience in performance management, attrition management, and employee relations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing large teams or multi-business unit environments.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and evolving business setup.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
