Job Summary
The Senior Manager Human Resources & Administration will be responsible for leading and managing the organization's end-to-end HR and administrative functions. This strategic role focuses on strengthening people management practices, driving HR transformation initiatives, ensuring statutory compliance, and overseeing administrative operations aligned with business objectives. The incumbent will play a critical role in team leadership, stakeholder management, and organizational development to support sustainable business growth and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Management
- Plan, organize, and oversee all HR activities, policies, procedures, and initiatives.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and growth plans.
- Lead manpower planning, workforce optimization, and talent management initiatives.
- Identify Training & Development needs and coordinate learning and capability-building programs.
- Review, update, and ensure effective implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, induction, engagement, performance support, and separation.
- Handle employee relations, counseling, and grievance management in a timely and professional manner.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives across the organization.
- Oversee exit management processes including exit interviews, final settlements, and statutory documentation.
- Maintain and monitor monthly attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, and HR documentation.
- Prepare, analyze, and present HR MIS reports, dashboards, and compliance data to leadership.
- Recommend and implement HR best practices, systems, and continuous process improvements.
- Lead HR transformation initiatives including digitization, automation, and policy enhancements.
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, audits, and regulatory filings.
- Demonstrate strong team handling and stakeholder management capabilities (mandatory). Administration & Office Management
- Manage office administration, facilities, and infrastructure through effective coordination with vendors and service providers.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and department heads to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Oversee asset management, inventory control, and maintenance of administrative records.
- Maintain company directories, organizational charts, and administrative documentation.
- Plan and coordinate corporate events, meetings, town halls, and employee engagement activities.
- Participate in administrative reviews, staff meetings, and cross-functional coordination forums. Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate / Post Graduate; MBA in Human Resources or equivalent preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in HR & Administration, preferably within Logistics, Freight Forwarding, CHA, or Supply Chain industries.
- Strong expertise in HR operations, policy implementation, statutory compliance, team leadership, and stakeholder management.
- Hands-on experience with HR MIS, payroll coordination, audits, and labor law compliance.
