Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Senior Human Resources Manager. The individual will oversee HR strategies, manage talent acquisition and retention, implement employee engagement initiatives, ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies, and support the organizational culture. Additional responsibilities include leading performance management programs, facilitating training and development plans, and managing employee relations to foster a positive and productive workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in organizational management, employee engagement, and leadership development.
• Proficiency in recruitment strategies, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance regulations in India.
• Demonstrated ability to manage performance evaluation processes and implement training programs.
• Exceptional communication skills, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven experience with HR software and systems (HRIS).
• Educational qualification: MBA in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in the healthcare sector is a strong advantage.
• Having good experience to mauntain NABH , Quaity Indicator program in Hospital.
• Quality manager & clinical administratiin .
