Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Senior Human Resources Manager to join our team at our Borivali location. The Senior HR Manager will oversee recruitment, training, and employee development, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing performance reviews, resolving employee conflicts, directing compliance with employment laws, and designing HR strategies to foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will also lead initiatives to boost employee engagement and retention while collaborating with leadership to meet business objectives.

- Expertise in HR processes, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws.
- Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to develop and implement strategies for performance management and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Prior experience in a senior HR role, preferably within the retail or luxury goods industry.
