2. Job Summary
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders, ensuring a deep understanding of business objectives while delivering effective HR solutions. This role is responsible for managing complex employee relations matters, supporting HR strategy execution, driving process improvements, and enabling data-driven decision-making. The HRBP will independently lead initiatives, support special projects, and contribute to building scalable, high-impact HR practices aligned with Oracle's values and ethics.
3. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to gain a comprehensive understanding of business needs, objectives, and workforce challenges.
- Advise and resolve complex HR and employee relations issues, including conducting investigations aligned with corporate ethics and values.
- Support the development and execution of HR strategies, identifying creative and practical approaches to meet business goals.
- Analyze business objectives and recommend improvements to HR policies, processes, and programs to enhance productivity and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead and support cross-functional HR projects and initiatives, serving as a project lead when required.
- Create, analyze, and present reports on key aspects of the employee lifecycle to enable data-driven business decisions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Lead the development of communication and collateral materials supporting HR initiatives.
- Train, mentor, and provide guidance to junior team members as needed.
- Perform additional duties aligned with the role and organizational priorities.
4. Qualifications & Skills
Mandatory
- Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent strategic HR role.
- Strong capability in managing complex employee relations cases and workplace investigations.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with business leaders and influencing decision-making.
- Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employee lifecycle management.
- Strong analytical skills with experience creating and interpreting HR reports and metrics.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to independently lead projects and manage multiple priorities.
Good-to-Have
- Experience working in a global or matrixed organization.
- Exposure to HR transformation, change management, or strategic workforce initiatives.
- Experience using HR systems and analytics tools (e.g., Oracle HCM or similar platforms).
- Prior experience mentoring or coaching HR team members.
