Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day People Operations and HR Operations activities
- Drive performance management systems, including KRAs, KPIs, and appraisal frameworks
- Execute appraisal cycles and performance review processes
- Handle factory HR operations and workforce administration
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements
- Manage HRMS, shift management, attendance, and payroll coordination
- Track and analyze workforce data for reporting and decision support
- Maintain strong process orientation and execution discipline
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support HR operations
Skills and Qualifications
- MBA or PGDM in HR or Industrial Relations
- 5 to 8 years of experience in People Operations or HR Operations within manufacturing, deep-tech, or industrial environments
- Strong hands-on experience in performance management systems, KRAs, KPIs, and appraisal frameworks
- Proven experience in factory HR, labor compliance, and workforce administration
- Hands-on exposure to HRMS, shift management, payroll processes, and workforce analytics
- High process orientation with strong execution and stakeholder management skills
