What You'll Lead:

• HR Strategy & Planning across hiring, performance, L&D, and retention
• People Operations: onboarding, exits, compensation, grievance handling
• Culture & Engagement: DEI, pulse checks, recognition, attrition control
• Compliance & Governance: labor laws, audits, vendor management
• Team Mentorship: guide HR Managers, Talent Specialists, and junior HRs

Who We're Looking For:

• 710 years in HR with experience scaling teams and processes
• Strategic mindset with hands-on expertise in HR operations
• Clear communicator, trusted advisor, and cultural barometer
• Bonus if you've led org design, coaching, or change initiatives in fast-paced environments
