We are hiring an experienced Senior HR Manager for a textile and garments manufacturing company in Palsana, Surat.

This is a senior-level opportunity for professionals with strong exposure to factory HR operations and labour compliance in a manufacturing setup.

Job Location: Palsana, Surat, Gujarat

Salary Range: 50,000 85,000 per month (based on experience)

Experience Required: Minimum 3 to 5 years

Industry Experience: Textile / Garments (mandatory)

Role Overview:

The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for managing complete HR operations for a manufacturing unit in Surat, including recruitment, manpower planning, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities; ensuring compliance with PF, ESIC, Factory Act, and labour laws applicable to textile industries in Surat; drafting and implementing HR policies and SOPs; managing employee grievances and disciplinary actions; coordinating with department heads for performance management and workforce planning.

Candidate Profile:

Candidates must have 35 years of HR experience with mandatory exposure to the textile or garments industry. Strong knowledge of labour laws, factory compliance, payroll processes, and team handling is essential. Experience working in textile manufacturing companies in Surat or nearby industrial areas will be preferred.
