## Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, payroll coordination, HR operations, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling HR responsibilities independently while supporting business growth and fostering a positive work culture.
## Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
* Handle attendance, leave management, employee records, and HR documentation.
* Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, etc.).
* Drive employee engagement, retention, and welfare initiatives.
* Conduct employee induction, confirmation, exit interviews, and separation processes.
* Support performance appraisal and employee development activities.
* Address employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
* Prepare HR reports, MIS, and workforce analytics.
* Assist in implementing HR policies, processes, and best practices.

## Qualifications
* Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
* MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
* 5–8 years of experience in a Generalist HR role.
* Good knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.

* HRMS & Payroll Software (Preferred)
